Overview
Harvey's tasked with closig the one person whose vote will decide Pearson Hardman's future.
Synopsis
After Hardman promotes Louis to senior partner, giving him the deciding vote in the future of the firm, Harvey realises that he will have to convince his old nemesis to support Jessica.
Meanwhile, Mike's grandmother, Edith, visits him at work. He decides to use his bonus to buy a Manhattan apartment for his grandmother, but on his way to show Edith the apartment, he gets the news that Edith has passed away.
