Major/Highlighted Events

  • Pearson Specter Litt has officially been dissolved and restructured as Specter Litt.
  • Mike Ross goes up against Oliver Grady in a case and defeats him; Oliver, however, expresses relief in the fact that he was considered Mike's equal for the first time.
  • Harvey Specter sacrifices the chance for his father's music to be played on the air again in exchange for getting paid by a longtime client in order to place $2 million in an untraceable account for Jessica Pearson.
  • Harvey informs Mike that Alex Williams considered to have him promoted to senior partner, but that he believed Mike wasn't ready only to reconsider after Mike's victory over Oliver. Mike tells Harvey that he is making time for Rachel Zane right now and does not care for it, but that Harvey could feel free to promote him months from now if he thought he still deserved senior partnership.
  • Louis Litt discusses his prior love life with Stan Lipschitz, including a memory where his high school girlfriend Mitzy Goldfarb cheated on him repeatedly because he wasn't a "bad boy." This spurs Louis to continue his affair with Sheila Sazs.

Goofs/Inconsistencies

  • Harvey and Donna mention that their one time being intimate was twelve years ago. However, "The Other Time" shows that they had sex before Gordon Schmidt Van Dyke became Pearson Hardman, meaning it occurred in 2003. According to the current timeline, it would be thirteen years at the minimum, not twelve.

Quotes

Louis: [after ejaculating in the mud] Shit, that's twice now.
Donna: What are you gonna do?
Harvey: What do you think I'm gonna do? I gave my word. I'm gonna get him his fucking money.
Harvey: Alex suggested that we make you senior partner. We discussed it and decided you weren't ready.
Mike: Why are you telling me this?
Harvey: Because I might have been wrong myself.
Mike: Harvey, Rachel and I are trying to make more time for each other, so if in a couple of months, you still feel like you might have made the wrong decision, then go ahead and promote me, but I'm not losing any sleep over it now.
Mike: [to Rachel] Yeah, and I hope you're here to take over, 'cause I'm pretty sure the last thing Oliver cooked was SpaghettiOs.
Oliver: Chef Boyardee, motherfucker, and it was delicious.
