Frank Gallo was an inmate incarcerated at Federal Correctional Institution, Danbury for racketeering. He was investigated for conspiracy to commit murder. After he agreed to testify against Reform Corporation and Masterson Construction, they arranged for him to be murdered in his cell.

History[]

Frank Gallo was at first a criminal who allegedly committed racketeering, but in reality he was investigated for conspiracy to commit murder. Frank was sent to prison for this and eventually transferred to Danbury. Frank was prosecuted by Harvey Specter and swore revenge on the latter.

On Mike Ross' first night, Frank posed as Mike's new cellmate and pretended to befriend him, conning him into texting Rachel Zane from his phone. However, it was revealed that Frank was prosecuted by Harvey Specter thirteen years ago and that Frank was attempting to get back at Harvey through Mike.[1]

On the second day, in Accounts Payable, Frank began taunting Mike about Rachel and this resulted in a fight between the two in which guards had to break them apart. Harvey, after hearing about this, threatened Frank, and arranged to move him to a different prison. Frank then attempted to stab Mike, but Kevin Miller informed on him, which led to Frank being sent back to his cell.

It's later revealed that Frank is actually a government informant so he can't get transferred to another prison. Mike offers to help Frank get a parole date in six weeks when he's eligible for parole if he will leave Mike alone.[2]

Harvey efforts to get Frank parole in exchange for Frank ending his vendetta, however, he was opposed by Cameron Dennis. In exchange for Cameron getting Kevin released, Mike testified against Frank at his parole hearing, getting his parole denied. Knowing that Gallo would still come after him and Harvey, even from the outside, Mike had Sean Cahill delay his own release until the next morning and lay a trap for Frank. When Frank tried to murder Mike in his cell that night, Mike revealed that he'd set up a hidden camera in the cell and Frank was caught while his corrupt guards were taken into custody. Harvey later offered Frank two options: go back to his former maximum-security prison, courtesy of Sean Cahil, where he'd be known as a rat and likely killed before his first night was out, or stay at Danbury with five years tacked onto his sentence. If any harm comes to Harvey and Mike, Frank will be sent back to his former prison. Frank reluctantly accepts the deal and remains at Danbury and calls off his vendetta against Harvey and Mike.[3]

In "100", he was murdered by Masterson Construction and Reform Corporation to prevent him from testifying against them. However, he had already recorded a testimony which was used to force them to settle the case.

Robert Zane later threatens to show Frank's testimony at trial so that everyone in prison knows what Thomas Bratton did and to possibly even release it on YouTube.[4]
