Jeremy Wall is a basketball player who had a brand deal with sneaker giant Brick Street Athletics. An activist named Charles Hu informed him that about the horrible working conditions at Brick Street's factory in China, although Jeremy waited a year until taking legal action, having waited until he could visit the factory in China and witness it firsthand. Represented by Mike Ross, Jeremy attempted to break free of his contract without reimbursing the money, wanting to put it into his own company that he was starting. During these legal proceedings, he was brought to Specter Litt Wheeler Williams' firm in New York City, where he was deposed by Harvey Specter and Samantha Wheeler.[1]
