Hon. Mark Dauber is a judge of New York County Supreme Court, seemingly of its Civil Branch.
He appeared in episode "I Want You to Want Me" in the case of eminent domain regarding restaurant demolition whose owner is Louis Litt's client. He wanted to rule in favor of the restaurant owner (claimant), but he had to uphold the established practice of eminent domain. However latter Louis and Mike Ross (as Louis' assistant) asked for revised valuation of the property, which made the project based on eminent domain too expensive to be feasible, so the judge Daubner could have ruled in favor of claimant.[1]
