Tom: He might not be a very good person, but a little deviousness is the sort of thing you look for in a good lawyer. I mean, the other guy I was with, he was too nice. We were buddies, we went to school together. It's time I grew up, got a real shark.
Mike: Well, I had no intention of being that way to get your business.
Tom: That's exactly why I insisted that you be my point man. I want someone being devious for me, not to me.

—Tom Keller and Mike Ross, Errors and Omissions

Tom Keller is the founder and owner of a multi-million dollar fantasy football sports league, who made his sole appearance in "Errors and Omissions".

History[]

"The guy generates 200 million per annum, right? And he still uses his fraternity brother as a general counsel. I mean, someone with that many assets just makes me sick."
Louis Litt to Mike Ross[src]

Tom Keller is the founder and owner of an online fantasy football sports website, that generates $200 million dollars per year. Keller soon joined a tennis club frequented by Louis Litt, prompting Louis to attempt to bring him in as a client. Believing that he was too "uncool" in Keller's eyes, Louis enlisted the aid of Mike Ross, blackmailing him with a fabricated drug test in order to have Mike and Keller smoke marijuana together.

Mike, who was a top player in Keller's league, introduced himself to Keller and divulged his marijuana habit, prompting the two to smoke together, with Mike bringing Keller in as a client for Louis. However, Keller insisted that Mike ran point, forcing Louis to share Mike's involvement with Jessica Pearson, who praised Mike. As retribution for Louis' actions, Mike convinced Keller to drop Louis and choose Harvey Specter instead, causing Louis to lose the client he desired.[1]
