Zane Specter Litt Wheeler Williams is a major law firm headquartered in New York, formed after Harvey Specter took down Jessica Pearson's name from the wall as a consequence of publicizing a letter denouncing Jessica Pearson's action. After discovering the plot to vote out Harvey Specter & Louis Litt by his partners Ellen Rand and Eric Kaldor, Robert Zane left to join Specter Litt forming Zane Specter Litt.

Following the results of Managing Partner, Louis Litt replaced Robert Zane as managing partner of the firm, in an attempt to secure a united front and prevent a possible war between the senior partners. In addition, both Samantha Wheeler and Alex Williams were promoted to the rank of name partner, with Louis Litt announcing that he is willing to step down once his baby is born.
